You will only pay one set of postage per oder, not per item. Postage prices are set at a flat rate. All items sent using Royal Mail are on a fully trackable service and you will receive a text from Royal Mail with an estimated time of when they expect to deliver your item, you will also be provided with a photo of when / where your item has been delivered! RM 2nd class, £2 (estimated delivery 2-4 working days) RM 1st class, £3 estimated delivery 1-3 working days) RM next Day guaranteed, £10 We also have the option to select Evri Evri Courier £4 (estimated delivery 2-4 working days)

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1-3 working days; during peak seasons such as Christmas dispatch times may. All orders are sent on a fully trackable service, you will find your tracking number on your dispatch email! (be sure to check your junk if you can't find an email) We kindly ask you allow an extra few days on top of the estimated arrival time, Royal Mail aim to deliver to all addresses we have mail for, six days a week. In a small number of local offices, this may temporarily not be possible due to local issues Please contact us if your item has not arrived within 10 working days of your dispatch email! hello@myln.co.uk

As all of our products are personalised we do not accept refunds or exchanges however if you believe your item has been damaged please contact us within 10 working days of your item arriving. Please provide photos of your item & packaging. Occasionally mistakes and human error happens, if your item arrives incorrect please contact us with photo's and we will resolve the mistake as quickly as we can!
